  • No. These sessions are beginner-friendly and gently guided. You’ll be supported the entire time.

  • Yes. Breathwork may not be suitable if you are pregnant, have a history of seizures, severe asthma, heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or certain psychiatric conditions. If you have concerns or are under medical care, please consult your healthcare provider before participating.

    You are always encouraged to listen to your body and modify or stop at any time during a session.

  • Yes. These sessions are designed to be nervous-system-safe and body-led. You are always in control of your pace and can pause or modify at any time.

  • That’s completely normal. Breathwork can gently surface emotions so they can move through. There is space for this, and we always end with grounding and integration.

  • Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted. It’s best to lie down on your back. Headphones are recommended, but not required.

  • You’re always in charge. You can slow your breath, switch to nasal breathing, or rest at any time. Listening to your body is encouraged.

  • No. Sessions are not recorded. This is to protect the privacy and emotional safety of each participant. Breathwork is best experienced live with guidance, so you can be supported in real time and move through the session safely.

  • The monthly membership requires a 6-month commitment. After that, it continues month-to-month and can be canceled at any time.

  • Yes. You’re welcome to start where you feel comfortable and move into a membership when it feels supportive.

  • Yes. Breathwork sessions are included complimentary as part of the Stress Less, Live More program. A live, in-person version of this breathwork experience is also included in all retreats, including the Anchored In Love Marriage Retreat.
