Can you tell me more about what I will experience?
Every Retreat is significantly different from the previous one. At each retreat, we experience a powerful move of God that defies explanation. We are always amazed at how perfectly Holy Spirit fashions each retreat for the specific attendees. What we can tell you that you will experience is a safe, welcoming, peaceful atmosphere where you will have space to encounter God in a way that will be unique to you. While nothing about the retreat or the experience is a secret, there are simply no words to express how awesome and unique they each turn out to be. Although our retreats are led by an incredible team, they are definitely orchestrated by God.

If you are flying, you will want to fly into Amarillo. We are about 25 minutes from the airport.
What are the accommodations?
The Retreat at Canton Ridge is a three story property without an elevator. All the bedrooms are upstairs, along with a living area and coffee bar. Each attendee needs to be able to climb a flight of stairs. We are able offer help getting luggage to your room.
What is included in my registration?
All retreat sessions, meals and snacks for the duration of the retreat, and accommodations in a double occupancy room. All rooms are located upstairs and there is no elevator available. We will be happy to help you carry your luggage up the stairs.
Each room has linens and towels provided. We also have shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, and blow dryers.
What’s the attire?
Very casual. Please wear whatever makes you comfortable. Yoga pants, shorts, and t-shirts are all acceptable. Bring a jacket as it is hard to regulate the temperature of the rooms to suit everyone, Please bring at least one pair of comfortable shorts and a tank top if possible. There will also be an opportunity for some light exercise and stretching, so please plan accordingly. Bring sneakers or tennis shoes.
Will I have my own room?
No. Our rooms are double occupancy and each room has two queen beds. You are welcome to have a friend attend with you and choose to share a room.
Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
We can to a degree accommodate minor food allergies and vegan/vegetarian diets. All of our meals will be considered healthy and organic will be used when available.
Please fill in the appropriate section of your registration form so your needs are known before the retreat. Unfortunately, accommodations cannot be made without advance notice.
Attendees who have extreme dietary needs may also bring their own food.
Will I have downtime?
Yes, we have designed our retreats in such a way as to provide ambiance and space for rest, relaxation, and reflection. This is a retreat, not a conference.
Is my registration refundable?
Due to the nature of our retreats and the vast personalization of the experience we work to create, refunds are not able to be issued.
Registrations are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances, including, but not limited to weather, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, flight delays or cancellations, health conditions; medical, personal, family, or work emergencies; or change of mind. We are glad to offer credit toward a future retreat in the event.
What happens if the retreat is canceled?
We hope to never cancel a retreat However, in the unlikely event that a retreat must be canceled, our first recourse would be to move the retreat to a future date. All attendees have the option to transfer their registration to a different retreat if the rescheduled time does not work for them.
Are my travel expenses included in the cost?
No. Retreat registration does not include airfare or ground transportation.
