Stress Less, Live More is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about coming back to yourself.
This 16-week heart-centered journey is designed for women who are tired of living in survival mode — constantly bracing, pushing, overthinking, and holding it all together — and are ready to feel calm, grounded, and safe in their own bodies again.
Inside this experience, we don’t rush healing.
We create safety for it.
Through a gentle, structured rhythm of coaching and heart-led encounters, you’ll be guided out of survival mode and into a regulated, connected, and embodied way of living — where life no longer feels so loud inside.
How the Journey Works
Stress Less, Live More unfolds through a sacred weekly rhythm that honors both understanding and experience.
You’ll alternate between:
Coaching sessions, where you gain clarity around survival patterns, belief systems, and emotional responses — and learn how to integrate what’s coming up into your real, everyday life.
Heart Journey sessions, facilitated by a Heart Journey Mentor, where you’re gently guided into embodied experiences that support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and heart-level connection — without forcing, fixing, or over-analyzing.
This rhythm allows transformation to land in the body, not just the mind.
The Heart of the Work
Throughout the 16 weeks, you’ll be supported through a sacred unfolding that includes:
Understanding survival mode and how it’s been shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships
Identifying and releasing limiting belief systems about yourself, others, and God
Learning to regulate your nervous system in a way that feels gentle and sustainable
Experiencing heart-centered encounters that bring truth, safety, and connection
Integrating embodiment into daily life so calm, clarity, and presence become your new normal
